Brown beef, add onion, pepper, garlic, and spices. Cook 8 min. Cool slightly.
Stir in olives and chopped egg.
Place 2 tbsp filling on each disc. Fold and crimp edges.
Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 200ยฐC for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Serve warm with chimichurri sauce.
